Caldea is the largest thermal spa in Southern Europe, spanning more than 42,000 square metres in the heart of Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. Fed by natural hot springs that reach the surface at 65 to 70 degrees Celsius, the mineral-rich waters contain fluorides, potassium, and magnesium. The vast complex features an interior lagoon, outdoor thermal pools, Indo-Roman baths with hot and cold contrast immersion, a Japanese-inspired grapefruit bath, an Aztec foot-massage stone bath, Nordic sauna, hammam, and hydromassage basins. A comprehensive treatments menu includes organic massages, body wraps, face and body rituals using high-end Sothys skincare, oriental therapies, and water massages. Children from the age of three are welcome during designated hours, and Classic and Premium access levels cater to different wellness preferences. The striking glass pyramid landmark has been an iconic Andorran destination since opening in 1994.
