Kananaskis Nordic Spa

Kananaskis Nordic Spa is a 50,000-square-foot alpine wellness sanctuary nestled in the breathtaking Kananaskis Valley of Alberta, Canada, approximately one hour west of Calgary and attached to the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. The adults-only spa is built around a Nordic hydrotherapy circuit — a purposeful cycle of hot, warm, cold, and rest stages designed to invigorate circulation, relieve stress, and enhance sleep. Five outdoor thermal pools offer varying temperatures, from hot pools and a mineral-enriched Enhanced Elements Pool to a saltwater warm pool and cold plunge baths. Five sauna and steam cabins include a traditional dry sauna, a Russian-style banya, and an essential-oil infused steam cabin.
