MizzouRec

MizzouRec is the University of Missouri's comprehensive recreation and wellness center located in Columbia, Missouri, open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. The expansive facility features over 100 cardio machines, extensive strength training and free weight areas, three large fitness studios offering yoga, Pilates, ballet, Zumba, and other group fitness classes, and a 50-meter competition pool with a diving well. An outdoor fitness space supports bootcamps, personal training, and individual workouts. Nationally certified personal trainers are available for body composition assessments and individualized coaching. Well-appointed locker rooms with accessible showers and swimsuit dryers add convenience. MizzouRec provides a dynamic, inclusive environment for diverse wellness goals, blending traditional gym amenities with aquatic and group fitness programming on the University of Missouri campus.
