Russian and Turkish Baths is one of New York City's most storied wellness institutions, operating continuously since 1892 in the vibrant East Village neighborhood of Manhattan. This authentic bathhouse offers a rich array of heat and wellness experiences including a traditional Russian sauna heated by 20,000 pounds of volcanic rock, a Turkish sauna, an aromatherapy room, a redwood sauna, and a cold plunge pool for invigorating contrast therapy. Signature treatments include the traditional Russian Platza, a vigorous oak-leaf massage therapy, alongside classic massages, salt scrubs, and Dead Sea mud treatments.
