Sturebadet

Sturebadet is one of Stockholm's most distinguished wellness institutions, founded in 1885 and faithfully restored after a fire in 1985, with its grand main pool and Turkish bath reconstructed exactly as they originally appeared. Set across seven floors within the Sturegallerian shopping arcade in central Stockholm, the facility encompasses a 29-degree swimming pool, steam and dry saunas, a hydromassage bath, an aromatherapy room, a Roman-Turkish bathhouse with separate facilities for women and men, exercise studios, and a fully equipped gym. The treatment menu includes Swedish massage, Turkish bath rituals, Sami therapies, manicures, guided exercise sessions, and cleansing scrubs, while a restaurant on the third floor overlooking the pool serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a focus on healthy cuisine.
