Szechenyi Baths

Széchenyi Baths is the largest medicinal bath complex in Europe and one of Budapest's most iconic landmarks, housed in a magnificent Neo-Baroque palace in City Park built in 1913. The facility features 18 pools in total — 15 indoors and 3 outdoors — fed by two deep thermal springs at temperatures of 74 and 77 degrees Celsius, with bathing water ranging from 27 to 38 degrees. The outdoor pools, complete with whirlpools and water jets, draw visitors year-round even in winter. Inside, guests enjoy more than six saunas and steam cabins, including traditional Finnish and aroma steam options, alongside massage therapies, facial treatments, and a dedicated private spa zone.
